Vision Films is pleased to announce they are set to release award winning feature film No Letting Go – a poignant yet elevating drama about a young boy’s mental illness and how it shapes the course of his life, as well as the lives of his family members. The film is based on writer/producer Randi Silverman’s own real life family events and adapted from the award winning short film “Illness”. No Letting Go will have a theatrical release in New York March 18 – 24 (Village East Cinema, 189 2nd Ave, NYC) and Los Angeles March 25 – 31 (Laemmle NOHO, 5240 Lankershim Blvd, North Hollywood) and will be available nationwide on VOD on March 30, 2016, which is World Bipolar Day.
Based on a true story, No Letting Go follows the journey of one family’s struggle to understand and cope with their young son’s erratic behavior and emotional instability. The family’s world starts to unravel as their middle son becomes increasingly fragile and unable to manage everyday life. His mother is on a desperate quest to help her son as the family is faced with increasingly difficult choices. But with patience, love, and courage, the resilience of the human spirit prevails.
